This ceramic mushroom lamp takes the rounded outline of a mushroom in a Nordic-inspired cream. Its cream ceramic ball base, topped with a white opal cap, forms a soft, almost sculpted silhouette that calms the eye even when it is off. The ceramic base gives the lamp its weight and feel: a smooth, glossy sphere in a cream that leans toward pale yellow. Size and installation
It arrives in a 12.5 × 8.5 × 8 in (32 × 22 × 20 cm) box weighing 1.9 lb (0.88 kg) with packaging: an accent lamp sized for a nightstand, a console or a deep shelf. No installation is needed: fit a bulb, plug it into a wall outlet (EU plug) and set it on a flat surface. Ceramic does not like knocks: place it back from the edge, away from traffic, and run the cord behind the furniture. On a 47 in (120 cm) console, a pair of lamps at each end creates an elegant symmetry.
Care
With the lamp unplugged and the bulb cool, wipe the ceramic base and the shade with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then a dry one. Avoid scouring sponges and harsh products, which can dull the glaze. Always lift the lamp by its base, never by the cap.

I bought two of these for either end of our sideboard in the dining room, like the pair idea in the description. They look so good together, the cream glaze is shiny and smooth and the opal caps glow evenly with no bulb showing. We use them during dinner with the big light off and it's like eating in a little restaurant. You need to buy small LED bulbs as none are included, so I picked up warm white ones. Everyone who comes over asks about them.

Lovely, just know what it's for
My wife has wanted one of these mushroom lamps for a while, so I got it for our anniversary. It looks great, I'll give it that. The base is glossy cream ceramic with a nice weight, the white cap glows evenly and the gold detail between them is a nice finish. It arrived well packaged in a sturdy box. The reason for four stars is partly my own fault. I assumed it would work as a reading lamp for her side of the bed, but it's very much a soft mood light, which the description does say clearly if you read it. So she uses it for ambience and we've kept a brighter lamp for reading. You also need to buy a bulb, and the page recommends a 6W LED in a warm white, which is what we got. Sweet lamp, slow delivery
I love the lamp, it's just a really pretty rounded shape in a soft cream and the light is warm and calm. The three stars are down to the delivery. It took much longer than the estimate and the tracking barely moved, so I had to send a couple of emails to check on it. Pretty, plan for a bulb
I adore this lamp. It's small, glossy and rounded, and it looks lovely on the nightstand. The only reason it's four stars is the bulb: it isn't included and I didn't notice until it arrived. I found a warm LED bulb the next day and now it glows softly every evening. Very calming light.

Lovely little lamp
I've been decorating my bedroom in a calm, beige and cream palette with bouclé cushions and pale wood, and i wanted something rounded on the nightstand to soften all the furniture edges. This mushroom lamp fits that idea perfectly. The base is a glossy cream ceramic and it feels solid and heavy for its size, which is reassuring. The cap is a white opal shade that diffuses the light very evenly. i used a warm white LED at around 6W as advised, and the light it gives is soft and golden, lovely for the last half hour before sleep. Four stars instead of five only because the delivery box arrived dented on one corner. The lamp itself was well wrapped inside and arrived without a mark, so no harm done, but i was nervous opening it given it's ceramic. Let me start by saying I like this lamp a lot and it's staying on my nightstand. It's a really sweet shape, the ceramic base is glossy and smooth, and the opal cap hides the bulb completely so you just see a soft round glow. The thin gold neck adds a little bit of polish. Now for the missing star. I'd assumed from the photos it would be bigger, and on my rather wide nightstand it looks quite small. The box measurements are on the page, so I could have worked it out. I also didn't have a bulb in the house, as one isn't included, and that delayed the moment of switching it on. Once I'd got a warm 2700K LED it was perfect. The light is gentle and cosy, more like a night light than a reading lamp, which is how the listing describes it. If you want a decorative lamp that makes a room feel softer, I'd recommend it. i was looking for a lamp that would add a bit of softness to my very straight lined living room. This mushroom sits on the end of my low bookcase next to a stoneware vase and a stack of books and it does exactly that. The cream is warmer than pure white, closer to a pale butter, wich i actually prefer. The gold neck is a nice detail. i use a 6W warm LED and it gives a cosy glow in the evenings.
