Returns and Refunds

If a piece doesn't find its place in your home, you can send it back to us. Here is how it works, simply.

14 days to change your mind

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

• Let us know within 14 days through our contact page, with your order number and the items concerned.
• Send them back within 14 days of your request, unused, complete (accessories, instructions, mounting hardware) and carefully protected, in their original packaging if possible. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
• Once we have received and inspected the items, we refund the price paid and the standard shipping costs to your original payment method within 14 days.

Mirrors and lighting are fragile items: an item damaged during return due to insufficient packaging cannot be fully refunded. For large sizes, contact us before shipping so we can advise you on the best way to protect it.

Item arrived broken, defective or incorrect

If a mirror arrives broken, a light fixture does not work or the item does not match your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and the package. Under the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Lighting

A light fixture that has been installed and then removed can still be returned if it is intact and complete. Bulbs supplied with a light fixture must be returned with it.

What we cannot accept

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery or modified, returns without proof of purchase, and withdrawal requests received after the 14-day period.
