Description
This 10x lighted makeup mirror fits in your hand and follows your movements. Its 5 in (12.5 cm) glass magnifies ten times, its LEDs come on with one touch, and its ball joint tilts it to the right angle. A suction cup under the base holds it on the vanity top or against a larger mirror. It runs on three AAA batteries, with no cord to plug in, for about eight hours of light. It is made for precise work: brows, eyeliner, contact lenses, and for anyone who wants a mirror that travels.
Design and materials
This LED makeup mirror has a light white ABS body that holds a 10x magnifying glass disc ringed with LEDs. There is no switch to hunt for: a touch button turns the light on and off.
The key is the ball joint between the disc and its base. It angles the mirror toward your eye, whether you stand at the sink or sit at a low vanity. The suction cup anchors it on a smooth surface, or it simply stands on its own. Afterward, this suction cup makeup mirror goes into a drawer or a travel bag: on batteries, it lights a hotel room as well as a bathroom with no outlet.
Where to put it
In the bathroom, fix it on the vanity top next to the faucet, or right on the wall mirror. It gives the detail while the large mirror keeps the full view. Keep it away from splashes.
On a dressing table, set it in front of a larger mirror, slightly to the side of your dominant hand. You will find those larger models among our vanity and makeup mirrors.
When traveling, it helps wherever the light is poor: in a suitcase, it takes less room than a toiletry bag.

Size and installation of the 10x lighted makeup mirror
The glass is 5 in (12.5 cm) across, for a stated overall size of 6.6 in (16.8 cm). The package measures 7.4 × 3.5 × 7.8 in (18.8 × 8.8 × 19.8 cm) and weighs 12 oz (338 g). No assembly is needed.
- Insert three AAA batteries (not included).
- Set it flat, or press the suction cup onto a clean, smooth surface: glass, mirror, glazed tile.
- Tilt the disc on its ball joint, then bring your face to within a few inches of the glass.
With 10x magnification, work up close: a gentle touch on the disc is enough to adjust the angle without lifting the base.
Care
Turn off the light and wipe the glass with a dry microfiber cloth. For foundation marks, barely dampen the cloth, never the mirror. Remove the batteries if you will not use it for several weeks. Rinse the suction cup in lukewarm water if it stops holding.

Small but mighty
Tiny thing, huge help for plucking. Light is great.White

I've had a few magnifying mirrors over the years and they've always annoyed me for one reason or another: too heavy, a cord that never reached, or a stand that wouldn't stay put. This one is the first I've actually kept using. It's light, white, and the glass is about the size of a saucer, which is right for detail work. The 10x is strong, so you do need to get close, a few inches from your face, but that's normal at this level. The LEDs around the edge light my face evenly, which is the important bit because my bathroom has one sad ceiling light. I love the ball joint. I sit at the counter in the mornings and just nudge the glass to the angle I want. The suction cup holds on the tiles, and when I clean the counter I just pull it off and put it back. I run it on rechargeable AAA batteries so I'm not constantly buying more. It's easily the most used thing on my vanity now.

I do my makeup at a low dressing table and the ball joint is what sold me. I can point the glass up at my face without propping it on books. Bright, even light all around.

omg the detail!! i can actually see where my concealer is sitting now. i stuck it on the tiles by the sink and its so handy

Got two, one for home and one that lives in my gym bag. The gym changing rooms have awful lighting and this little thing means I can actually see what I'm doing after a shower. It's light and doesn't take up much room, and because it runs on batteries I don't need a socket. The glass is very clear and the light comes on with one touch.

Small, light, and does exactly what it says. The magnification helps my tired eyes when I do my eyeliner, and the light is soft but bright enough. Very happy.

At seventy-three my eyes need all the help they can get. My granddaughter ordered this for me and set it up with batteries. Now I can put my eye drops in and do a little bit of makeup for church without asking anyone. The light comes on with just a touch, which suits my fingers. I keep it on the windowsill in the bathroom where it stands on its own perfectly well.

Works well, though I wish it came in black as well as white.

Nice mirrior, just smaller than i thought it would be.

Opalyne replied
Thanks Cass. It's designed as a detail mirror, so we're glad you like it for close-up work.

The suction cup is surprisingly strong on my mirror. I tilt the glass down a bit to do my liner and it stays where I put it. Light comes on with a quick tap, really easy.

Way easier to do my eyebrows now. Light is lovely and bright

The detail mirror I needed
i'm a makeup artist and I do a fair bit of on-location work. This goes into my kit every time. It runs on batteries so I don't have to find an outlet in somebody's spare room, and the suction cup lets me fix it to any mirror at the client's eye level. The 10x is great for lash application and fine liner work. The LED ring gives a nice even light, and the ball joint holds its angle well.White
Opalyne replied
Thank you for trusting it with your kit, Kaylee. Lovely to hear it holds up on location!

My partner has been asking for one of these for ages, so I finally ordered it. It's small and light, white plastic body, the glass is very clear and the magnification is strong. She sticks it to the shower room mirror with the suction cup in the morning, then pops it in a drawer when she's done. The touch light is a nice touch, no fiddly switch. Took about a week to arrive which was fine.

Good mirror, wrong size for me
Let me be clear that there's nothing wrong with this mirror. It's well made, the light is bright and the magnification is strong. My three stars are about me ordering the wrong kind of thing. I was hoping for something I could do my whole face in, and this is a detail mirror with a 5 inch glass. It says so on the page, I just didn't read properly. At 10x you have to be really close, so it's for brows, liner, lashes, that kind of job. I ended up giving it to my sister, who does her lashes every day, and she adores it. I'll be looking for a larger mirror with lower magnification for myself. Also, the batteries aren't included, which I knew, but I'd forgotten to buy them, so keep that in mind. If you know you want a strong detail mirror, I'd recommend it. If you want to see your whole face, look elsewhere.White
Opalyne replied
Thanks for such a fair review, Jia. It really is a detail mirror, and we're glad it found a happy home with your sister.

I use it on my desk where I do my makeup and it stands well without the suction cup. Took a few days longer than expected to arrive, but it was worth it.

Great for liner, I use it every day. Only four stars because the box arrived squashed, though the mirror was well wrapped and fine. Happy with it overall.
White

Small enough to take on holiday and it gives me proper light when the hotel bathroom is gloomy. I wrap it in a sock to protect the glass. Love that there's no cable to deal with.

Love it, just needed batteries
Really good little mirror, very clear and very bright. I had to wait until the next day to use it because it needs three AAA batteries and I had none in the house. Worth the wait.White

Bought this as part of a little self care gift box for my best friend's birthday, along with some skincare. She texted me a week later saying she uses it every day for her brows and that the light is so much better than her bathroom. I liked it so much when I saw it at hers that I ordered one for myself. It's light, simple to use, and I love that it's on batteries so I can keep it in my bedroom by the window.

Nice mirror, took a while
The mirror is really handy and the light is bright. I use it for eyebrows and lash glue, and the 10x shows every hair. The ball joint makes it easy to find the right angle. One star off because the delivery took over two weeks and I had to message to check it hadn't gone missing. When it arrived it was well packed and worked straight away once I put batteries inWhite

I have a very dark bathroom with no window and this has saved my makeup. The LED ring lights my face evenly and the magnification shows me every detail. Stuck it onto my main mirrior with the suction cup.

Bought it for myself, no shame
I'll admit I bought this for myself and not for my wife. I have a moustache that needs regular tidying and a beard line that I like to keep sharp, and my bathroom mirror just doesn't show enough detail. I'd been leaning right up against it with my reading glasses half on, which isn't ideal with scissors in your hand. This mirror sorted all of that. The 10x is properly strong, so I see each hair, and the LED ring means no shadows from the ceiling light. I tap the glass to switch it on, stick it to the tiles beside the sink with the suction cup and tilt it on the ball joint until it's level with my top lip. When I'm done it goes back in the cabinet. It's light, white plastic and glass, nothing complicated. I've been using rechargeable batteries and they last a good while. My wife has now started borrowing it, so I may need a second one.White
-
I've been doing my brows for years with a normal mirror and a lot of squinting, so this was a bit of a revelation. The 10x magnification is very strong. At first it made me dizzy because you need to be really close, but after a couple of days I got used to it. The light around the glass makes a huge difference compared with my bathroom bulb. I like that it runs on batteries because there is no socket near my sink. The suction cup sticks well to the tiles and I can adjust the angle without moving the base. Four stars and not five only because I wish it came in another colour. White is fine and it matches my bathroom, but a black one would have suited my dressing table better. That's honestly the only thing. It's well made and easy to use, and it fits in my toiletry bag for trips. I'd recommend it to anyone who does detailed makeup or plucks their brows.

I bought this for my teenage daughter, who was doing her makeup in front of her phone camera. Now she has proper light and can see detail. She keeps it on her desk and it stands up fine on its own.

Lives in my makeup bag now
I travel a lot for work and hotel bathrooms always have the worst lighting. This fits in my case wrapped in a scarf and runs on batteries, so no hunting for a socket. The light around the glass is bright enough to do full makeup at 6 am. I put rechargeable AAAs in and just top them up at home. The ball joint means I can angle it whether I'm sitting or standing.White

A present for my wife's birthday, she said it's spot on.
White
-
I'll start with what I love. The magnification is strong, true 10x, so for brows and lash glue it's excellent. The LED ring is bright and even, no dark patch on one side. The touch control is simple, you just tap and it's on. The ball joint moves smoothly and holds its angle. I use the suction cup on the glass of my big vanity mirror so the small one sits right where I'm already looking, and it holds firm. Now the four stars. Mine took longer than I'd hoped to arrive, and the tracking didn't update for a few days, which was annoying as I wanted it before a wedding. It did make it in time though. Also it's smaller than I imagined from the photos, though the size is in the description. It's very much a detail mirror. For the price I'm pleased, and it's become part of my routine.

Does the job
Bought it so I can see my contact lenses properly, I'm very short sighted. Works perfectly. The light makes a big difference first thing in the morning.White
-
Good, add batteries to your cart
mirror is good quality and the light is bright. Just know it takes three AAA batteries that aren't included, which I'd missed. Otherwise really happy with it for shaving the tricky bits.White

Got it for my mom for Mother's Day. She uses it every single morning.

Eyeliner savior

Gift for my girlfriend
she uses it every morning for her lashes and says its the best gift I've got her this year. only thing is i didnt know batteries were seperate so it sat in the box a dayWhite

Sorry for the slower delivery, Ayla. Thanks for sticking with us, and enjoy the mirror.

Finally I can see what I'm doing with my brows. The 10x is no joke
White

Bought it for plucking and tweezing, and I'm slightly horrified by what I can now see lol. Honestly though it's brilliant. The LEDs ring the glass so there's no shadow, the touch button is easy and the ball joint lets me tilt it exactly where I need. I use the suction cup on the tiles beside my sink and it hasn't budged. Really handy little thing.
White
Opalyne replied
Ha, 10x does reveal everything! Thanks so much Kylie, glad it's earning its spot by the sink.

i wear contact lenses and was always fumbling in bad light. This sits next to the sink, one tap for the light and i can see my eye properly. Makes mornings much quicker

Great, just smaller than I pictured
Nice mirror and the magnification is really strong, perfect for detail. I'd somehow imagined the glass would be bigger, but the listing does say 5 inches, so that's on me. It's very much a detail mirror and you'll still want your normal mirror for the full face. The light comes on with a touch and the suction cup holds well on my vanity mirror.White
-
Use it for trimming the edges of my beard. The 10x shows every stray hair, and the light means I'm not leaning into the window anymore. Stands fine on the counter without the suction cup too.

brows finally match lol
