Shipping policy

Shipping

We prepare your order as soon as possible after payment. You receive a confirmation email when you order, then a tracking link by email as soon as your package ships.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on orders of €59 or more. Below that amount, it costs €4.90. The exact amount is always shown at checkout, before you confirm.

Destinations

We ship to the countries offered at checkout.

Delivery times

The delivery times shown at checkout are estimates from our logistics partners. They are not guaranteed and may be longer during busy periods, for example over the holidays.

Packaging for mirrors and lighting

Mirrors and light fixtures travel protected: reinforced corners, padding and a box suited to the size. If your package shows signs of impact on arrival, note it with the carrier if possible and take photos before unpacking it.

A problem with your package?

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package seems lost, contact us through our contact page with your order number: we will find a solution with you.
