This bathroom mirror with shelf combines two things in one: checking your reflection and setting down what you need. Bathroom mirror with shelf: design and materials
The line is simple: a rectangle of mirror and, below it, a black shelf that forms a visual base. That dark stroke anchors the piece to the wall and makes it read as furniture rather than an accessory. It pairs with matte black faucets, white zellige tile, charcoal grout and light wood. Size and installation

It mounts on the wall with anchors suited to the surface and a drill. On a tiled wall, use a tile drill bit and drill through the tile rather than a grout line. Do not overload the shelf: it is made for everyday items, not towels or heavy bottles. Set the top of the mirror around 71 to 75 in (180 to 190 cm) off the floor and leave 8 to 10 in (20 to 25 cm) between the shelf and the faucet.
Care
Wipe the glass with a microfiber cloth and a mild glass cleaner applied to the cloth. After a shower, run a dry cloth over the shelf to prevent water spots and limescale. Lift the bottles now and then to clean underneath. Avoid scouring sponges and abrasive products on the black finish.

I've been looking for a bathroom mirror with a built-in shelf for ages, because I hate the look of a separate glass shelf screwed on underneath a mirror. This one combines the two in a clean design. The shelf is black and sits directly below the glass, which gives it a nice solid base visually. It fits above our 60 cm basin really well, and the 50 by 70 size is just right, not too big for a small room. I have a little marble tray on the shelf with my perfume and a toothbrush cup, and it looks like something from a magazine. The weight is manageable but definitely a two-person job to get level. Picked this up for the bathroom in a rental property im doing up between tenants. It needed to be durable, easy to clean and look decent in photos for the listing. It ticks all three. The mirror is a good size above a standard sink and the shelf means tenants dont need to bring there own little cabinet. Installation was fine, I used a tile bit and some wall anchors I had in the van, and checked it with a level. Took maybe half an hour. Four stars only because delivery was slower than estimated, and I had to reschedule a tradesman. Lovely mirror, and the shelf is perfect for a few bits. I hadn't thought about lighting though, and it doesn't have any built in, which was clear on the page. Small bathroom saviour
Our flat's bathroom is honestly the size of a closet, and the old mirror cabinet stuck out so much you'd bang your head on it. I took that down and put this up instead, and the room instantly feels bigger. The mirror is 50 by 70, which is the right width above our little basin, and the shelf underneath is shallow enough not to get in the way but deep enough for my toothbrush, a face wash and a small bottle of perfume. It's easy to wipe down after a shower, I just run a dry cloth along the shelf so there are no water marks. The black finish looks smart and modern, and ties in with the black towel rail. Tidy bathroom at last
Our sink top used to be covered in bottles. Now the aftershave, a cream and the toothbrushes all live on the shelf and the basin is clear. its sat above a 60 cm sink and fits that width nicely. Exactly what our bathroom needed
We bought an older house and the bathroom was in need of a refresh but the budget didn't stretch to a full renovation. i swapped the taps for matte black ones, painted the walls a soft green and replaced the old plastic mirror with this. It's amazing what a difference it makes. The black shelf underneath gives the mirror a sort of base, so it looks like furniture rather than just a mirror stuck on the wall. i keep a hand cream, a candle and my partner's aftershave on it, and the sink is finally clear. It weighs a bit, so we used proper anchors and drilled through the tile, not the grout line, as the description says. Took about forty minutes, including a cup of tea. It feels completely solid. Love it, though delivery dragged
we were redoing the main bathroom and this was the last piece. Plain rectangle mirrior with a black shelf below, which is exactly the clean look I wanted with our charcoal grout and light wood vanity. The reflection is clear and the shelf is just right for a few bits. I've got a small travertine tray on it with my perfume, a candle and a cream, and that's all it needs. Mounting was straightforward for my dad, he used the right anchors for our wall and checked it with a level. The only reason I'm giving four stars is that delivery took longer than I was told, and the tracking was vague. When it arrived it was well protected. No issue with the mirror at all, it's good quality and looks smart above the basin. Three stars because putting it up was more of a job than I'd planned. Our bathroom is fully tiled, so I had to buy a tile bit, tape the spot and drill slowly through the tile, and I'd never done that before. Took me most of a Saturday morning with the swearing.
