- When your order arrives, open the box and inspect the piece. If it is damaged, send us a photo of the box and the piece.
The details
Standard shipping is free on orders of €59 or more; below that, it costs €4.90. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. All the details are in our shipping and return policies.

Fragile pieces
Mirrors and lighting are fragile. When your order arrives, open the box and inspect the piece. If it is damaged, write to us with a photo of the box and the piece, and your order number.
